Yesterday my son came home from kindergarten and announced, "There's a kid in my class that has diarrhea. He can't eat a lot of sugar, but he has to watch his sugar and sometimes he really needs sugar."
A couple days ago my 3 year old was watching me put some things in a bag to return to the store. After explaining what I was doing he paused and asked, "Mom, did we get Gideon (his baby brother) from the store?" (There's been some sibling jealousy there ;)
Last one...about a week ago my 3 year old went through this...phase (?)...when he would go potty he would look down and say, as if surprised, "Oh! It's working!"
Never mind...one more... :) A little while ago we were getting into the car to go somewhere and I told my daughter, "Hon, your door is ajar."
daughter: "No it's not."
me: "Yah, it is...the little light up here says it's ajar"
daughter: "Mom. It's a door. Even if the light says it's a jar, it's still just a door."
:)
Anyway...they make me laugh on a regular basis...which is good...helps balance out my sanity :)
