Hello. I'm looking for a shredding center. We have a ton of "stuff" to be shredded. It would take months to shred on our own! Does anyone know of a place where we can take our "stuff" to be shredded?

Thank you!

We use Iron Mountain at my work for shredding (I work in Aurora); you might want to call and see what they can offer.

K., we don't live too far from you--we are in Montgomery. We get a Village newsletter, and quite often they will announce when they are sponsoring a "Village Shred." You have to bring all of your papers to the Village Hall and you can shred them there. I have never gone, but they do them quite often. I bet if you look on Aurora's website they may do something similar. You may just have to haul everything there, though. Good luck.

In the past, we have had a truck come to our office and pick up documents to shred. I think they charge per bag. You might try MIDWEST DOCUMENT DESTRUCTION out of Yorkville- ph:###-###-#### or RECALL TOTAL INFORMATION out of Bolingbrook- ph: ###-###-####

Bonfire? I'm not trying to be glib, but that is what I do, We have an outdoor fireplace and that's where ours goes.
