Hi! Just moved here and I am looking for a stylist. I have long (middle of my back) red/auburn hair that is naturally curly/wavy. I am looking for a stylist that is experienced with this kind of hair. Course and VERY thick! Previous stylists tease me and say I have the hair of 2 people. I just need a good trim for now, but looking to build a professional relationship with someone that I can trust with my hair. If they do eyebrows.. that is a plus. =) My hubby and 2 sons would probably become clients too. Please let me know!

Thanks,

A. B.

I'm very happy with Laurent Salon & day Spa. Located of 6th Ave and Wadsworth (close to the intersection of Wadsworth & Alameda). Great review online and very family friendly! The stylist there that I go to is Jozef, but also Maria is very good too! Here is their website: http://www.laurentsalon.com/. They offer waxing as well. Jozef is very knowledgeable about hair and what goes well with your face. Got many complement on my new look and I just went without any ideas what my new look should be, he did it all and it looks great.

Good luck! Welcome to Colorado.

I asked this same question not long ago and was directed to a website called Naturallycurly.com...there are lots of reviews on there to check out different stylists in different areas.
Good luck with your search!

Hi A.,
I am a stylist that moved from San Diego almost 6 years ago, and have been a stylist for 21 years. I have my own little studio salon in the Highlands on 32nd Ave, that I love and think is really beautiful. Check out my website to see if you are interested. www.harmonysalondenver.com
I live in Golden and it takes about 15 to 20 min to get to my salon.
Welcome to Colorado!

Sefarina at Rafaelles Salon in Wheatridge. She's amazing and very reasonable. And yes, she does eyebrows too! They're near 44th and Kipling. ###-###-####. Welcome to the area :)

When you're done, head east on 44th from the salon, cross Kipling and head up the hill...near the top is Vincenzas restaurant and italian bakery. The food is amazing but the bakery is absolutely divine! I always make a stop for a pound of assorted cookies.
