Lots of good ones below!
I would add Orphan Black, Being Human (the British version, not the American one), and American Horror Story.
Walking Dead is already below, but that one is a MUST!
I am looking for new shows to watch as a wind-down from my day. I have seen:
House of Cards
Orange is the New Black
Scandal
Breaking Bad
What are the next top 3 that are can't miss?
Thanks!

Your list is great - we watched or are watching all of them.
We watched Californication and just finished Weeds - very well done. We watched Mad Men too - we both worked in advertising (although not in that time frame!) and enjoyed it a lot. We were sad when all of them ended.
Not sure if Suits is on Netflix - we can watch in "on demand". But it's terrific.
Once Upon A Time - stellar cast of actors portraying really well-defined characters. After 5 seasons, has NOT turned soap-opera-y, my husband & I both enjoy it.
If you are looking for something you can "veg out" to a little more, try Grey's Anatomy.
T. :)
Is homeland Available? Dexter is another good one. Masters of sex - may not be available yet.
Grimm is Excellent!!! The Blacklisr is good as well.
I am currently watching Califonication and I love it. Hemlock grove was interesting but certainly is not everyones cup of tea. I love many of their documentaries and sometimes just browse the documentary library to see what they have added.
We've watched mad men, once upon a time, weeds, californication, Tudors, and are now watching the last season of supernatural.
Mad men or Tudors are can't miss.
Some of my favorites
Sons of Anarchy
Once Upon a Time
Longmire
Arrow
Supernatural
Walking Dead
Dr Who
American Horror Story
Alphas
Being Human
Grimm
Sleepy Hollow
Salem
Mad men!
It's a quiet show, with lots of character development. Awesome drama but not super crazy. Great for winding down in the evening.
Also arrested development if you want a good laugh.
Wow! I'm not sure any of those would calm me. How about an old musical or love story?
The Good Wife.
:-)
There's some good suggestions here. I ditto Once Upon a Time. Great show! I also just finished a British series on Netflix called "Call the Midwife". I gave it a shot since I like Downton Abbey so much, and totally got hooked.
