This is a question for a friend! She needs a cute poem about super heros. She is holding a benefit party for a neightbor, whose little boy was diagnosed with cancer. The boy LOVES super heros, so the whole benefit is super hero themed. She made these tiny super heros (they are adorable!!) to sell, and we're trying to come up with a poem to include with them. She is calling them pocket heros, so that children can keep them in their pocket for courage. Any ideas? I usually love this sort of thing, but I come to a complete blank. Thanks SO much!

Would she be allowed to use a poem written by another person? Especially, since it's a transaction involving money? She seemed to feel more comfortable using something that has not been published (or the person writing it would not care for the use) in any way.

Actually, she can get in trouble for using someone else's work with out permission. Technically, once you write something it is automatically copywrited.
However, the likely hood of that she would get in trouble is slim.
Did you know that if you google "Poems about superheroes" you'll find poems about superheroes? Amazing! I didn't really expect to find such a category, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to try! See if there's anything there that works for you. Or maybe it would inspire you to write a poem yourself.
