They are great to work with!!
My little one vomited all over her rocker last night. I need to find an upholstery cleaner who can come here and handle it. I checked the reviews and mostly found info on carpet cleaning, so let me hear from you!
This chair is ultrasuede, so I'm not sure how much it can take. The mess soaked through to the cushions. We took off the covers and got most of the "stuff" off, but I'm afraid to do anything else. Help!
After a little research, I called Beverly with Fiberseal. She stopped by my home to look at the chair and actually picked it up at that time to take it to their facility. The chair came back a week later perfectly spotless and looking brand new. The gentlemen who returned the chair were kind, polite, and very helpful. While no one wants their furniture dirtied like this, this incident was a blessing in disguise because the chair was obviously in need of a good cleaning. I highly recommend Fiberseal for the price and quality of service.

Dear M.,
You will be surprised, but you can actually wash your ultrasuede covers in the wash. The hold up just fine and come out pretty clean. Wash them in the delicate cycle if you feel reluctant. I encourage you to wash a small pillow first to see the results. Believe it or not, ultra suede is very durable. My dog peed on my sofa, then my son had many drink accidents. Don't waste your money on professional cleaner. Use a good detergeant like Tide to handle the job. I let me covers air dry.
Hope this helps.

I'd love to help! Fiber-Seal can take care of the problem for you. Your biggest challenge right now is not the fabric but the cushions underneath. Please call me at ###-###-#### and I'll set up a time to pick it up and take it back to our shop to get it really clean and deodorized. www.fiberseal.com, B. Biehl
