Does anyone have any recommendation for a good pediatrician? My daughter currently sees the MDs / NPs with MD pediatrics in Coppell but not really satisfied with how they handled my child's care lately and they are expensive even with insurance!

We use to go to kids first pediatrics and the doctors are great but we left after a few years because the office staff is horrible. They also nit pick charges for everything. So we left and have been going to Cooks Children for the last several years and love them. Dr Beth is amazing and the staff is awesome. Ive never been charged to get a copy of records for school like the other place did.

Have you ever considered going to a General Practitional/Family Doctor instead of a Pediatrition? I was told that you really only need a Pediatrition (considered a "specialist") if your child has ongoing issues. A G.P. Ian't considered a specialist, therefore less expensive.
We use Coppell Family Medicine on Denton Tap. In the 4 years we've been patients there, we have seen two docs and a physicians assistant. Loved them all, as do my boys. Dr. Diane Coxsey and Dr. Colon Re our regular docs (my 12 year old wanted to switch to a male doc).
They have an x-ray machine that they don't charge extra for! They also have their own lab technicians.

We love Cook's Children in Flower Mound. We moved here 5 years ago and 4 pediatricians later we love all the doctors here!!! We did Kids First, MD pediatrics and 18 and Under, which I will say we liked them too the insurance there for us didn't work out when we changed.
All drs at kidsfirstpaediatircs.com are good. We liked Dr. Badaracco and Dr. Kelkar............
