So when ever I post something for St. Paul only, does that mean it ONLY goes to St. Paul and no other MN cities? There's been many times I wish it said your State only rather than your City. Thoughts?

What can I do next?

I think it's the "locality" that the computer decides on. Like when you click on your locality for questions, you see all the posters in your locality. If you post something for that locality, only those posters will see your question.

I don't think it mattered before when this was Mamasource. When Mamapedia bought the site, we were all lumped in together.

I agree totally. Or even your county.

To the best of my knowledge - a local question only - is for your state - I know that if Rachel D - who lives 150 miles south of me posts a question - I can see it in my "local only questions".

Hope that helps!

I know my locality is about an hour or two radius. Don't know if that's everywhere, but I've noticed a couple cities in my local thing that are just about 2 hours away. That might be the radius, or just the fact that I'm in a "rural" place. Who knows?

I am in OK, but I get local questions from MO, KS, AR, LA, and even AL. A few others I've noticed too. I'm not sure how they determine what is considered local as mine are all over the place. I get a huge percentage of all questions show up in my local questions area.
