I've heard really good reviews about it. I actually just bought it for myself but haven't started it yet. Looking forward to reading more answers!
I'm on my 2nd day. Has anyone tried this workout and what were your results? I like it because the work outs are short (about 25 minutes) and they kick your butt! After I build up my endurance I might do 2 back to back to get more of a workout. But, I am sore (in a good way) from 2 days of level 1. Oh - PS. I have about 20 lbs to lose.

I did it before I had my third baby...she was awesome. I liked it and saw fast results. They workouts are all different so it keeps it from getting boring...I lost 20 lbs and then got pregnant...I plan to start them next month again.
I did it after having my 3rd baby. By day 18 I had lost all my baby weight (about 18 pounds). The pounds and inches melted right off so quickly. I didn't continue after day 18. My 3rd baby is 3 now and I never gained any of the weight back!
