Seeking Orthopaedic Doctor in Rockville Area

I messed up my knee while out of town and am looking for a good orthopaedic doctor with whom I can follow-up for an MRI and appropriate treatment(preferably in the Silver Spring, Bethesda, Rockville areas)? I need to find someone willing to work with a cash payment plan -- and have made several unsuccessful calls so far. Hospital x-rays and the report from my emergency room visit five days ago show that there are no broken bones; but I still can't walk or bear any weight on the knee. Most all the doctors want me to come in for a preliminary visit (which I can't seem to get scheduled for another 2 or 3 weeks from now!) before they will refer me for an MRI; and then I have to come back for a follow-up consultation with the doctor before they provide further treatment. Any referrals or advice are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What can I do next?
