I know there are nine but for the life of me I cannot remember what they are. Anyone help?

I don't think there are just nine and they change. Missouri used to be a swing state but we have been reddish for so long they took the title away.

All it means is they can go both ways.

Looks like there are eleven this go around. They are anything that isn't red or blue on that map.

Yeah but like two people live in some of those states so they only get three votes in the electoral college. I like playing with that map cause you can make the swing states anything you want! Mwahahahahahah It doesn't mean anything mind you but it is fun.
