OK! I have a friend who's 2 year old talks to her self, As If she was playing with other children, Not a problem till they moved into there new(but old) house. The family has been experiencing strange things like, finding there front door wide open, hearing moaning sounds( I know that sounds wiered) But it is happening. They found some of the mothers cloths in a plie outside! ???? There 2 year old screams hysterical at night, TILL ABOUT 3 IN THE MORNING SHE WILL INSIST ON GOING BACK TO HER OWN ROOM AND SLEEP IN HER OWN BED! She tells her father that they are calling him a (bock-bock) a chicken. ???? This child is a very smart child, They parents are very upset from this. As I said they have only been in this house for a couple months, They people that lived in it previously sold it do to hes terminally ill wife. They have know idea what to think. Alaska has alot of strange happs. But mostly millatary sightings from the past. Is there anyone that could suggest what this might be. ????

What can I do next?

Most "paranormal" activity is residual energy. It's not malevolent or evil---it just....IS.
Your friend can bless her home (every room) with the Bible and read Psalm 119. Tell the energy to leave, that it's their home now.
They can also have a pastor or priest come and do a house blessing for them.
Seriously, my mom's house is VERY active and Psalm 119 works every time.
Also, it's not unusual that O. family member is the only O. that hears it or "tunes into" the energy.

I dont believe in haunted houses, but something strange is definitely going on that's for sure. sorry, no answer. Just wanted to say "WOW".
I'd make sure no one is living in the basement or attic. A lunatic might live nearby and is doing wierd stuff. Ya just never know these days. 2yr olds talking to themselves is pretty normal so I cant assume she is SEEING something yet, she's too young.

I agree with the previous posters, and I would also "smudge" the house for protection. Read about it here- http://www.crystalinks.com/smudging.html. You can buy the sage, etc. at Whole Foods, then burn it around the house. It's an ancient Native American practice, and something they could do today!

They need someone to pray over the house and anoint it with oil. Evil strong-holds are very real. They should talk to their preacher about who will do this for them. If they don't have one, they need to find a local church, explain what is going on, and ask for their help and suggestions.

yikes! I would get the ghostbusters to come in and use their equipment to test for paranormals. And then I would get a priest to come and bless each room and put a crucifix above the door. Even if she is not catholic what could it hurt.

Wow- not to be all Poltergeist on you, but that is sort of creepy. Who knows if it is anything unusual or just a 3 year old with an active imagination?

Either way, it sounds like the parents need to try hard not to be spooked by this and let it affect the child even more. If she sees all the attention this generates, she may just do it more.

Some of it, like changing rooms or even saying silly things to her dad sound perfectly normal to me. Finding the door wide open- well, is there any way the little girl could get to the door and open it? Anyone else that could have opened it? Was it locked or just has a loose doorknob? There could be a perfectly ordinary explanation.

The same for the pile of clothes outside. Did this just happen one time? Could the little girl or someone else have tossed them out a window as a joke? Does the house creak in the wind- hence the moaning sounds? I mean, it does sound a little weird, but I wouldn't automatically assume haunted house.

That said, I dated a boy in my hometown who lived in a big old Victorian house and his whole family just assumed it was haunted from all the weird things that happened while they lived there, and how their cats acted, etc. His mom told me some very strange stuff - but nothing ever hurt anything and they just got used to it!

Have your friends go to the county records office and find out more about the house. You don't say how old it is, but if anything big ever happened there the local newspaper, county clerk's office, etc. would have records at least of who lived there, who built it and when, etc. If they seriously think its haunted, I would be curious to find out more!
