I haven't tried it personally, but as a mom of 4 myself-daughters are 14, 2 & 11 months & my son is 8-it can be hard to do things. I've recently lost 10 pounds over the last month just by not eating after 9pm and I drink pretty much just water. I eat a Special K waffle in the morning and for lunch a bowl of Special K cereal and a Special K snack bar for a snack mid-late afternoon. I also have bought those Healthy Choice, Weight Watchers, etc.. frozen dinners and that's for dinner. So far so good, but it seems getting past the 10 ound mark is harder.
