Ok..So I just asked the question about the crazy junk mail and now I receive an phone call from a Car Dealership asking me to get in touch with a person who used to be my old boss. Apparently she owes them some money and they need to speak with her. I told them that she lives in another state and I have no way of contacting her. She never asked me if she could use me as a reference which isn't a huge deal but man.....is it a full moon or what?!
you should have told them it isn't your day to babysit her and they can try to find her themselves!!
That is crazy, but ya know, it might not be a coincidence. I might try and contact her because she could be the person behind this other mail too. I would just be wary of the type of mail that is coming in because maybe she used you and your address in some sort of scam. Not that you will necessarily be affected by it, but I wanted want my address to be associated with such unsavory behavior! ;)
