Seeking Pediatric Dr. in Oak park...not Ad Park Pediatrics

I T.! I actually just posted this same basic question a couple of weeks ago and I got several great responses. The most referred was Pedios in Oak Park.

After reading all the reviews and talking to doctors I decided to give them a try and I was beyond thrilled! Everything was wonderful from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The nurse was kind and welcoming. They have an excellent waiting area with great toys (my youngest Daughter did not want to leave). Most importantly the doctor (we saw Dr. Turks but they have three others) was fantastic. She asked loads of questions and seemed generally concerned about my Daughter. We were there for a sick visit and I appreciated that they took it seriously!

They always call the day after a sick visit to see how the child is feeling and in my case, since she was not feeling better, they followed up again that afternoon and the next morning. I appreciated that so much! It is nice to know someone is really paying attention!!

I could not be happier with them!

We are Pedios people. Our primary doctor is Dr. Hawkness, but we have made the full circuit and have been extremely pleased with everyone. Have never had a problem with their billing department.

a lot of people go to Pedios on chicago ave. I haven't had any problems with their billing dept and they have an hour in the morning where you can call and ask the docs general questions which is nice.

Call Dr. Jerry Udelson, Children's Dentistry near Harlem and Roosevelt. My kids love going to the dentist.

I recently went to Ad-Park in Oak Park and they must of changed their staff and billing. I had no problems with the billing and the staff was wonderful and help me with all my concerns and questions. I tell everyone I know with children to go to the Oak Park office the receptionists there are so nice and helpfull

I saw that you already responded but I wanted to add that Ad Park is the worst! I spent hours in their waiting room. I also went to Pedios after a couple of years of Ad Park :-)
