Where Did It Go?

I was just about to answer a question on here, and I was trying to read some of the posts that led up to it and just as I clicked on it to respond, it was gone!? Has anyone else noticed posts disappearing today? Is it possible to remove one's own posts? Or do the admins remove them?

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Well, I think it was the one y'all are mentioning -- there were some personal attacks in the back and forth. But I feel like I've seen worse left up for a lot longer. Dang, and just when I had my wording just right!

Was it the Do you ever.... post? The what happened was getting a bit out of hand so someone probably reported it.

I have that happen a lot but I am like a moth to the flame when it comes to flaming questions that tend to get removed. That was didn't start off flaming but it was heating up.

Then there is all my poor orphaned flowers.... :(

I didn't see anything that bad in the answers to that question. This site is ridiculous with the pulling of the posts. Yet, the OBVIOUS trolls are left to ruin the site. Great job, admin!!

Oh...the big baby post, about everyone not answering her questions right.

Yes, questions that bash other members and have no point...typically get pulled by admins. People either reported it, or the admins themselves pulled due to content. There is no way to remove your own post.

The worst questions tend to last a long time on the weekends and holidays. Other then that, they are typically removed pretty promptly.

I did notice one but it was probably pulled becauseit included bashes of other site members. As far as how they are removed, they can be reported but I really don't understand what happens after that.

Somone must have "reported" the question as being inappropriate. Otherwise, it's not possible to delete your own question. Many people will go in and take out the text, but once you put it on here... it stays! Which question was it?

The only way to remove your own question is to delete it and leave the period or a character there.

I will assume the post was removed. I got some flowers for one and it's gone so I will assume someone reported it. Why? I do not know.
