Please don't waste your money! My thoughtful husband purchased one for me after hearing me say how great it looked on commercials. It does NOTHING! I've tried it for a variety of things and don't think it does much more than the steam from my iron.
Unfortunately, my husband never saves receipts, so it sits in my closet....never to be used again.

Hi S.,

I have the Shark Steam mop and I love it. I have hard surface flooring throughout my house, except for my children's room, and I use it constantly. It is really easy to use, and I don't have to constantly buy products to use it. Also, it sterilizes the floor, which I like with 2 small children. I hope this helps!

I have one an love it. I was introduced to it through a customer that has ceramic floors, what I like about it is the fact that it dries much quicker than a mop with bucket an water, no more dirty water to have to dump down the toilet. It also has a special attachment for hardwood floors. YOu want to make sure it is the pocket type one as you can flip sides, if you have a ceramic floor I used the clorox cleaner with bleach an sprayed that on the ceramic floor to clean the grout, I also own the dyson animal vacuum an that was worth every penney I spent for that.

Hi S.. I did buy a shark and would not buy one again. It does well on my tile floors but doesn't do much for the grout. My vinyl floor is sculptured and if I use it regularly, it does pretty good. But if I let the floor get too dirty, it does clean the crevices in the sculpture. For hardwood floors, it works pretty well but I prefer the Swiffer with the hardwood floor cleaner. The bottom line for me - it works great on flat surfaces but nothing more.
